Short, and without small print: what an appointment enquiry means — and what it doesn’t. By sending the form you agree to these points.

01How appointments are allocated

The books are not open all the time. Appointments go out in blocks: on a set day, at a set time, a booking window opens. You fill in the form beforehand, in your own time — it stays on your device — and send your enquiry over WhatsApp on the day. I then work through the enquiries in the order they reach me and get back to the people whose piece fits the block.

02An enquiry is not an appointment

The order decides when I read your enquiry, not whether it turns into a slot. Whether your piece fits a block still depends on the piece, on its scale and on how it fits into the day. There is no deadline by which you will hear back.

An appointment only becomes binding once I have confirmed it to you personally, with a date and a time. Until then there is no contract and no claim.

Making an enquiry is free. There are no fees, and no deposit is asked for.

03Minimum age — 18, or 16 with a parent

From 18 I tattoo you on your own. At 16 or 17 only if a parent (or legal guardian) comes to the appointment and signs the consent there — ID for both of you. Without that company and without proof of age the session doesn’t happen. Under 16 I don’t tattoo.

04What details I need — and what for

The form asks for exactly what I need in order to judge whether your piece fits into a block:

• The piece — what it is, so I can judge the style and the work involved
• Placement — for the length of the session and whether the lines will hold there
• Rough size — for scheduling the appointment
• Your message — anything else that might help me
• Name and contact — so that I can reply to you

These details are used solely to allocate appointments and to come back to you about your enquiry. No advertising, nothing passed on to third parties, no selling of addresses. How it works technically — your entries go out through your own WhatsApp message and are not stored on any server — is set out in the Privacy Policy.

Please don’t send health data with your enquiry. Whatever matters for the session (allergies, medication, skin conditions) we talk through in person before the appointment.

05Withdrawing your enquiry

Informally, any time, no reason needed: a short message on WhatsApp or via Instagram is enough — “please delete my enquiry”. Your enquiry is then deleted. Nothing is held against you, and you can come back whenever you like.

06Cancelling an appointment

If you can’t make a confirmed appointment, let me know as early as you can — a message is enough. A cancelled slot can go to someone else, and you move into the next round with nothing held against you.

07No-shows

If you let a confirmed appointment pass without cancelling, you can be left out of future rounds. An appointment that isn’t cancelled means an empty chair on a day when somebody else would have waited for it — that is the whole reason for this rule. If something genuinely got in the way, write and tell me; I’ll take a look.

08Designs and drafts

Every design is drawn from scratch for the person who will wear it. I don’t copy designs drawn by other artists, and I don’t repeat my own work identically. Drafts I draw for you stay my work; they are not passed on to anyone else and are not tattooed a second time.

09Changes

These terms may be adjusted if the process changes. The version on this page at the time of your enquiry is the one that applies.
